Exclusivity
One house, one group, no strangers
A house where every detail is thoughtfully considered
Kvetka is not just a house for rent. It is a place created with love and attention to every detail. We dreamed of a place where you could completely disconnect from the city rush, feel at one with nature, and create unforgettable memories.
When we first began developing the land, none of these views existed – the site was overgrown with shrubs and wild trees. But as we cleared it, we discovered that our house stands on the very spot of the former noble estate of the Chekhovich family, with alleys laid out more than 150 years ago stretching before it.
We didn't just build a house – we preserved the spirit of this place, making it accessible for new stories.
One house, one group, no strangers
35 km from Minsk, lake 30 m away, forest all around, complete silence
European designer project, imported appliances, designer tableware
We never stop – regular upgrades and enhancements
200+ trees planted, not a single one cut down, eco-conscious approach
In the 19th century, these lands belonged to the noble Aramovich family, until in 1859 Anela Aramovich married Sigismund Chekhovich-Lekhovitsky – a companion of Kastus Kalinovsky. In Chekhovich's library, the young Yanka Kupala discovered the classics – Mickiewicz, Sienkiewicz, Orzeszkowa.
What has survived: a 150+ year-old larch alley, a fieldstone icehouse, a historic park with centuries-old oaks, pines, and maples.
